LSI congratulates Marcus Sanders on his promotion from Business Manager to Operations Director of the Little Rock, AR, branch office. As Operations Director, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Little Rock office, including employee development, business development, and project management.
Since joining LSI in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager, Marcus has made a significant impact, driving success for both LSI and our clients, and was previously promoted to Business Manager in 2024. Throughout his career, Marcus has excelled in leadership roles, including Plant Manager at Huber Specialty Hydrates, where he oversaw the safe and high-quality production of fire-retardant additives, and Quality Assurance Manager at Evergreen Packaging, where he led improvements for liquid packaging and coated paper products. His extensive background includes managing multimillion-dollar capital budgets, leading major engineering projects, and driving safety, quality, and production excellence across multiple organizations.
