Remote Support

Our remote support service level provides engineers who will remotely access your control systems to provide troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Monday – Friday during business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Block of Time Services

Our block time services provides the flexibility to use your pre-purchased hours toward Onsite Services whenever you need them, emergency and non-emergency, without additional approvals or purchase orders. By pre-purchasing callout services, you will have access to a wide range of on-site services to supplement your maintenance activities and improve your overall equipment effectiveness – at a significant savings compared to our standard callout services.

Your contract hours can be used for on-site services on an as-needed basis. These services can include:
  • Troubleshooting and repair (emergency and non-emergency)
  • Engineering assistance related to system start-up.
  • On-the-job training
  • Firmware upgrades
  • Equipment program backups

Monday – Friday during business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Rate Structure

We offer both an hourly or a daily (flat) labor rate for block-time support.

Premium Field Services

The following premium field services are available on a contract basis:

  • 24/7/365 telephone technical support or remote access support
  • Highest prioritized response
  • Fastest available controls engineer emergency dispatch service

Availability:

24 hours a day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.

Services Not offered

Please note that we do not provide instrument calibration services.
